How long do I have access to the recordings?
You will receive access to the recordings at the end of the event weekend. You will have access to the recordings for a minimum of 2 years.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer any refunds of the Premium Online Ticket.
Can I come in-person if I purchase a Premium Online Ticket?
No, a Premium Online Ticket does not give you access to come to the in-person event. If you would like to come in-person we have a limited number of tickets that you can purchase, if available.
Can I share my access with a friend, group or parish?
No, we ask that you refrain from sharing your access. In order to access the Premium Online Ticket each individual will have to purchase a ticket.
